1Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Agreement", "these Terms", or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "Player", or "Account Holder") and vetpkr (the "Company", "Platform", "we", "us", or "our") governing all use of the vetpkr website located at vetpkr.net, including all services, games, betting markets, promotional offers, payment facilities, and customer support features available thereon.

By creating a vetpkr account, accessing the vetpkr platform, or placing any bet, wager, or deposit on vetpkr, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, along with the vetpkr Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated into this Agreement by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the vetpkr platform. Access to vetpkr constitutes unconditional acceptance of this Agreement.

2Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register a vetpkr account and access any real-money gaming or betting service on the platform. This age threshold applies universally to all sections of vetpkr including casino games, sports betting, live dealer tables, and all other product verticals. vetpkr employs age verification procedures and reserves the right to request government-issued identity documentation at any stage of the account lifecycle to confirm age. Any account found to be operated by an individual under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, all real-money balances will be returned net of applicable bonuses already consumed, and the individual will be permanently barred from re-registering.

2.2 Jurisdiction

It is the sole responsibility of the User to determine whether accessing and using online gaming services is lawful in their jurisdiction. vetpkr does not make representations as to the legality of its services in any specific jurisdiction. By registering and using vetpkr, you represent and warrant that you are not prohibited by any applicable law from accessing or using online gaming or betting services.

2.3 One Account Policy

Each individual person is permitted to hold only one (1) active vetpkr account at any time. Registration of multiple accounts — whether under different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. vetpkr employs technical detection methods to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are detected:

• All accounts associated with the individual will be permanently suspended.
• Any bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds across all duplicate accounts will be forfeited.
• Real-money deposits that can be identified and verified may be returned at vetpkr's discretion.
• The individual will be permanently prohibited from registering a new vetpkr account.

2.4 Registration Information

When registering a vetpkr account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and email address. You further agree to maintain the accuracy of this information and to update it promptly if it changes. vetpkr reserves the right to suspend or close accounts where registration information is found to be false, misleading, or incomplete.

2.5 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

vetpkr may require Users to complete identity verification (KYC) at any point, including but not limited to: before processing a first withdrawal, when a cumulative withdrawal threshold is reached, or when unusual account activity is detected. KYC documentation typically includes a government-issued photo ID (CNIC, passport, or driver's licence), proof of address, and proof of payment method. Failure to complete KYC verification when requested will result in the suspension of withdrawal functionality until verification is successfully completed.

3Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your vetpkr account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes associated with your account. vetpkr will never contact you to request your password or OTP code.

You agree to notify vetpkr immediately via live chat or the support email if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to your account. vetpkr accepts no liability for losses or damages arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

vetpkr recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on all accounts. 2FA significantly reduces the risk of unauthorised access and is available from your vetpkr account security settings.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

vetpkr accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, debit card, credit card, and standard bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount on vetpkr is Rs 500. vetpkr does not charge any fees on deposits. Deposits are typically credited to your vetpkr account balance within minutes of a successful transaction confirmation from your payment provider.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals may be requested to any payment method that has been used for a deposit, subject to identity verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. vetpkr does not charge withdrawal fees. JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes for verified accounts. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving bank.

vetpkr reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will not be processed to third-party accounts — the payment method used for withdrawal must match the verified identity of the account holder.

4.3 Responsible Deposit Behaviour

vetpkr strongly recommends setting deposit limits on your account via the responsible gaming tools available in your account settings. Deposit limits can be set on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis and take effect immediately when reduced. Limits cannot be increased for a minimum of 24 hours after a change request is submitted.

5Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Eligibility

Bonuses, free spins, promotional credits, and all other vetpkr promotional offers are available to eligible registered accounts only. vetpkr reserves the right to determine bonus eligibility at its sole discretion, including the right to exclude specific accounts or groups of accounts from any or all promotional offers.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

All vetpkr bonuses are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms. Wagering requirements specify the total amount that must be wagered using bonus funds (and in some cases, deposit funds) before any associated balance can be withdrawn. Wagering contribution rates vary by game type — slots typically contribute 100%, live dealer games may contribute a reduced percentage, and certain game types may not contribute at all. Full wagering contribution details are specified in individual promotion terms.

5.3 Bonus Expiry

All vetpkr bonuses carry an expiry period, typically 7 to 30 days from the date of crediting, as specified in the individual promotion terms. Any unmet wagering requirements and associated bonus balances will be forfeited upon expiry of the bonus period. No extension of bonus periods will be granted except at vetpkr's absolute discretion.

5.4 Bonus Abuse

vetpkr actively monitors for patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk hedging strategies designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine risk exposure; systematic exploitation of bonus terms; coordinated multi-account bonus claiming; and use of bonus funds in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational play. Where bonus abuse is detected, vetpkr reserves the right to void the bonus and any winnings derived from it, and to permanently close the account.

6Gameplay & Betting Rules

6.1 Casino Games

All casino games on vetpkr — including slots, live dealer games, table games, instant win titles, and the Money Wheel — are powered by certified third-party game software providers. All game outcomes are determined by independently tested and certified random number generation (RNG) systems. vetpkr does not control, modify, or influence game outcomes at any point.

6.2 Sports Betting

vetpkr sports betting markets — including PSL cricket, international cricket, football, UFC, and other sports — are governed by specific sports betting rules published within the sports section of the vetpkr platform. These rules govern settlement procedures, void bet conditions, in-play betting restrictions, and maximum payout limits. Placing a bet on vetpkr constitutes acceptance of the applicable sport-specific betting rules.

6.3 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits vary by game and betting market. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or market interface on vetpkr. vetpkr reserves the right to apply individual stake restrictions to specific accounts where betting patterns are identified that present unacceptable risk exposure to the platform.

6.4 Voided Bets and Technical Errors

vetpkr reserves the right to void any bet or wager placed as a result of a technical error, pricing error, or system malfunction. Where a game round or bet is voided due to a technical error on the vetpkr platform, the stake amount will be returned to the player's account balance. vetpkr accepts no liability for disruption to gameplay caused by third-party network or infrastructure issues.

7Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the vetpkr platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering or operating more than one vetpkr account simultaneously or sequentially.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to interact with the vetpkr platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in any game, betting market, or vetpkr system feature.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Using vetpkr for the purposes of money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity.
• Facilitating access to the vetpkr platform by any individual under 21 years of age.
• Engaging in chargebacks or fraudulent payment disputes after wagering funds deposited to vetpkr.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing vetpkr staff or other users through any communication channel.
• Using VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking tools to circumvent geographical or account restrictions imposed by vetpkr.

Where any of the above prohibited conduct is identified, vetpkr reserves the right to immediately suspend the account, forfeit all balances (including real-money balances where fraud or criminal activity is involved), and report the matter to relevant authorities where legally required.

8Responsible Gaming

vetpkr is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing players with the tools and information necessary to maintain control over their gambling behaviour. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all vetpkr account holders from within the account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits that take effect immediately when set or reduced.
• Loss Limits: Maximum loss thresholds configurable on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis.
• Session Time Limits: A cap on the duration of each gaming session, after which access is restricted until the next permitted session.
• Reality Checks: Configurable in-session notifications displaying time played and net session result.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporary account suspension options ranging from 1 day to 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanent, irrevocable self-exclusion from all vetpkr services.

9Intellectual Property

All content on the vetpkr platform — including but not limited to the vetpkr brand name, logo, website design, graphical elements, game interfaces, promotional materials, written content, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of vetpkr or its licensed third-party providers. No content from vetpkr.net may be reproduced, republished, distributed, modified, or used in any commercial or non-commercial context without the prior written consent of vetpkr.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the vetpkr platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes. This licence does not extend to any commercial use, reproduction, or distribution of vetpkr content or intellectual property.

10Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, vetpkr's total aggregate liability to any User in connection with any claim arising from or relating to use of the vetpkr platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

vetpkr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to: loss of profits or revenue; loss of data or gaming history; loss of opportunity; or any other economic loss — even if vetpkr has been advised of the possibility of such damages. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory under which the claim is brought, whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise.

vetpkr does not guarantee that the platform will be available continuously without interruption and accepts no liability for losses resulting from planned or unplanned maintenance, third-party infrastructure failures, or events beyond vetpkr's reasonable control.

11Termination & Suspension

vetpkr reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without notice, where:

• These Terms and Conditions have been breached in any material respect.
• Fraudulent, deceptive, or criminal activity is suspected or confirmed.
• The User has provided false registration information or failed KYC verification.
• The account poses an unacceptable financial, reputational, or regulatory risk to vetpkr.
• The User has requested self-exclusion under the responsible gaming programme.

Upon termination of an account by vetpkr for breach of these Terms, any real-money balance remaining in the account (net of any bonus funds and any outstanding withdrawal requests subject to fraud investigation) may be withheld pending investigation. vetpkr will communicate the outcome of any such investigation to the account holder via the registered email address.

Users may close their vetpkr account at any time by contacting support. Any real-money balance at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal to the verified payment method on the account, subject to any outstanding KYC or withdrawal conditions.

12Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming standards and the terms of vetpkr's operating authorisation. vetpkr operates under international gaming regulations and does not make specific jurisdictional claims in individual user markets.

In the event of any dispute between a User and vetpkr, the User should first contact vetpkr's customer support team via live chat or the support email address. vetpkr is committed to resolving disputes promptly, fairly, and transparently. The support team has authority to resolve most common account and payment disputes without escalation.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication with the vetpkr support team, the matter may be referred to vetpkr's independent dispute resolution process. Details of the applicable dispute resolution procedure will be provided to Users upon request.

13Amendments to These Terms

vetpkr reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice to individual Users. Where material changes are made to these Terms, vetpkr will make reasonable efforts to notify Users via the registered email address or via a prominent notice on the vetpkr platform.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly to remain informed of any changes. Continued use of the vetpkr platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your unconditional acceptance of those updated Terms. The "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision.
